MEET THE TEAM

Mary Ellwood RN
As well as managing the company, Mary is also a hands on trainer working out in the field. Quality control is Mary's main concern to ensure that every course is delivered in an optimal way. Mary also coordinates her team to ensure that the most suitable trainer delivers each course. Previously, Mary was instrumental in setting up a large Daycare Nursery with Early Years. In order to perform her role effectively Mary trained as a Nursery Nurse and therefore has a valuable insight into the Early Years Framework Stage (EYFS).

Angela Clancy RGN, RM
Angela comes from both an Adult and Paediatric Nursing and Midwifery background having worked in both the NHS and The Private Sector. By working together Angela and Mary are able to ensure that the company is always at the leading edge of First Aid Training with regards to legislation, technique and course content.

Tracey Bindloss
With over 20 years experience of Adult Care in the Private Sector, Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her qualifications include HNC in Social Care, Registered Managers Award, NVQ Level 4 in Management and Mentors Award. Added to this is the hands on experience obtained during the 23 years she has worked in her chosen field. Tracey has delivered training to a workforce totaling in excess of 150 people. During this time she has developed an awareness of how to deliver inspirational courses to enthuse and motivate the candidate.
