You are entitled to view the Website and to print off the Website for the sole purpose of placing an order with First Aid Training North West. However, any copying or downloading from the Website without written permission from First Aid Training North West is strictly prohibited and will be deemed an infringement.

Prices

Goods are invoiced in pounds (£) sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices at present are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. First Aid Training North West try to ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within the company’s pricing structure. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any service that is priced incorrectly.

Cancellation Policy

First Aid Training North West reserve the right to cancel or re schedule any course at short notice. If First Aid Training North West and the customer can not agree on the re-schedule then a full refund will be reimbursed to the customer.

The delegate must confirm the course position no less than 14 working days prior to the course start date. If the delegate has to cancel a Course within this period, the following will apply. An alternative date must be negotiated with First Aid Training North West that is acceptable to both parties. No refund will be given.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and/or loss of data; and/or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from the actions of First Aid Training North West, its sub-contractors or agents; and which arises out of or is related to your purchase of services via the Website. In any event our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the services purchased. Nothing in these Terms of use excludes our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. These Purchase Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or otherwise.

These Terms of use, Privacy policy and any contracts made under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes arising here from shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Visitors accessing the Website from locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
